During our approval process we ensure the proposed building work complies with the Building Act 1975, Building Code of Australia, Queensland Development Code, Sustainable Planning Act, Integrated Planning Act and Local Authority Planning Schemes.

When assessing the plans against the above codes, your project may trigger one of the following council applications which Complete Building Certification can lodge and facilitate on your behalf.

For Example: Plumbing, Siting Variations (relaxation of boundary clearances)

Once Complete Building Certification has issued your building approval, the work can commence and we will undertake periodic inspections as required during the building process.

All correspondence, including approved plans and inspection reports are forwarded on to the local authority for their records.
